Job Role

Our Client requires a private client practitioner to join their excellent South West In-House probate team.
You will administer a caseload of approximately 30 high value Estates ensuring risk, service, legal & commercial considerations are observed and adhered to from acceptance until closure. You will also be required to maintain relationships with Executors/beneficiaries/ throughout the case administration.
Our client is looking for either STEP qualified private client expert, a legal executive or relevantly skilled legal assistant involved in estate administration work or a solicitor with particular emphasis on the administration of estates, probate, trusts and trusts administration.
