A leading global bank is looking to recruit within their contact centre in Leicester.
This is an excellent opportunity for all you customer service focused individuals who are looking for a career within a blue chip company.
The role is an inbound role and customers will be calling with general queries on their business bank accounts. You will need to provide an excellent serivce and look to resolve any queries as quickly and as efficiently as you can, plus looking for opportunities to cross sell.
Ideally you will need to have come from a customer service background.
As this is a financial services role the following points need to provided or passed:
You will need to be able to pass a credit check
Have no criminal convictions
Be able to provide 5 years worth of references
You will need to be able to commit for the first 3 months as this will be your training period
