My client is a fantastic employer within the housing arena. They are offering a challenging role that is offering an excellent package with a great salary. They are looking for candidates who can provide and co-ordinate support for various customers.
This role needs candidates who are flexible on there working hours as this centre is open 24/7. Enquiries will be from a variety business relating to the support if various people within the community. The centre manages service delivery contracts relating to supporting people. The kind of calls that will be received are: private companies, care and support organisations, and out of hour's maintenace calls. You will be responsible for data collection and data maintenance on all people contracts.
Key responsibilities:
- Providing advice, guidance and assistance to customers
- To respond professionally with emergency's and using high levels of common sense to assist customer difficulties.
- To Manage and control a range of data collections that are ICT based and up dating the databases on a weekly basis.
- To report repairs and maintenance matters to the appropriate company
- To carry out customer service satisfaction reviews and provide administrative support
Key skills and attributes you must have:
- Knowledge of support needs of vulnerable people
- Experience of delivering a customer care service
- Knowledge or awareness of: Current legislation/government initiatives relating to supporting people, welfare benefits, issues of confidentiality, equal opportunities, diversity, protection from abuse, lone working, risk management and helath and saftey
If you have previous experience within a housing background this would be beneficial.
