As a Sales and Service Advisor within our Sunderland Contact Centre your job is to provide an un-paralleled level of service to our customers.You will use your strong interpersonal skills to gain an insight into each person’s needs in order to offer them the perfect financial products to suit their needs. You will look to discover all about each person and what’s best for them when it comes to the large range of products available.From savings and current accounts to credit cards and insurance, we’ll look for you to have a good eye for a sales opportunity and know when to refer a customer to one of your product specialists.This is an ideal opportunity to put your customer service expertise to work at the heart of the business.
