| Job Description : | THE COMPANY My client is rapidly growing and gaining market share and as a result requires a proven Inbound Sales Manager to help continue this positive period of growth. You will have a strong background in operational efficiency and be able to demonstrate the ability to manage and previous experience of managing a 300+ FTE within a fast paced and target driven inbound environment. Only individuals with a proven background in managing large FTE’s as that above will be considered for this role. THE ROLE Key Accountabilities of the role include; - Focus on delivering against sales targets.
- Oversees operational goals and results for inbound activities
- Develop and maintain a proactive sales environment, with a culture focused on continuous improvement of sales results.
- Able to lead and motivate a number of direct reports, who in turn manage the sales teams.
- Provide clear and strong direction to the teams, taking appropriate action to resolve off target performance and encourage and develop team members to their full potential through coaching
- Monitor and review Bonus schemes in order to ensure that they are delivering the required results.
- Manage the Sales Operation in line with the KPIs and Operating budget.
- Compilation and analysis of monthly statistical reports, for all areas of performance.
KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
- Proven experience in meeting and exceeding targets in an Inbound Sales environment
- The ability to demonstrate previous Operational experience within a fast paced, target driven environment
- Experience of managing large FTE’s DIRECTLY
- Proven change management experience
- The ability to analyse data to affect sales performance
