INBOUND TRAVEL SALES ADVISORS
Currently seeking experienced Inbound Travel Sales Advisors to work for a successful online travel specialist based in Accrington.
Successful candidates will have previous travel industry experience gained in either a retail travel or reservations role. You will have working experience of at least one GDS system - such as Sabre, Amadeus, Galileo or Travelcat. You will have a passion for providing excellent customer service and a skill for building good relationships with customers to ensure repeat business. You will also be responsible for upselling and cross selling and converting any queries into sales.
Working in a lively call centre, you will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and a passion for travel is a must!
You will enjoy a flexible approach to working hours as the role does involve evening and weekend shifts.
In return our client is offering a competitive basic salary of £14,500 per annum plus company benefits.
We are also able to consider applications from candidates looking for part-time work, based on 20 hours per week during the evenings and weekends.
