TNT is the UK leader in express parcel delivery, providing an unparalleled range of guaranteed business-to-business services. We are currently looking for an experienced Indoor Sales Executive to be based out of our busy Nottingham depot.
You will work as part of a team and very closely with a Field Sales Executive, the main part of this role is to make confirmed prospect appointments for your Field Sales Executive to visit and convert into contract revenue. You will also manage a database of existing accounts and ensure that you are aware of what service they are using and why they are using TNT. You will promote all our products and services, ensuring that we are retaining all customers. Retaining and maintaining all accounts is driven by excellent customer service experience.
We will provide a database of existing, prospects and lapsed customers. In return you are targeted to achieve your daily appointment targets, actioning all administration reports and adding in new leads to the database to grow your territory. This is an exciting and challenging role, so if you have sales experience, worked with set targets, computer skills, qualified in fact finding for appointment making, excellent customer service experience and deliver results to achieve calls, appointments and new business we want to hear from you. This is a rewarding job but you need to roll your sleeves up and get stuck in straight away to earn your bonuses.
