Your office-based role will be to sell our market-leading service to customers over the telephone, as well as source new business and keep in close contact with our existing customer base within a specific territory. Starting at 8.30 in the morning, your day is sure to be busy but stimulating. Using the information on our sales system, you will phone prospective customers, advise them of our services and book an appointment for a Field Sales Executive to visit them. You will be teamed with a specific Field Sales Executive and a key part of your role will be creating openings for them with customers and planning their call routes. Getting to know your designated territory is important so you can plan calls effectively.
Confident and enthusiastic, you’ll enjoy interacting with people, using your excellent interpersonal skills to build on existing and form new relationships with a wide range of clients. You’ll also be comfortable working with computerised sales systems, as well as organising your own workload and that of your Field Sales Executive.
