BASED : NORWICH
BASIC : £16,000 to £18,000 Basic Salary
OTE : Uncapped but approx £6,000 Commission
An exciting opportunity has arisen that can be based at either our clients successful NORWICH location for an INDOOR SALES EXECUTIVE. The location had a fantastic year last year, smashing their yearly target.
Reporting to the sales manager you will generate quality appointments for the sales manager to then go in and close the business.
You will also be responsible for ensuring the office administration is maintained and be targetted on Customer Relationship Management. The role will be spilt 30% looking after accounts and developing them and 70% new business and booking appointments,
The ideal candidate will preferably have experience in express parcels sales, however, applicants with a proven track record in indoor sales from other service industries will also be considered. You will have the ability to work using your own initiative, be target and results orientated, comfortable cold calling, excellent communication skills and have a confident telephone manner. Lastly applicants must be enthusiastic, self-motivated and ambitious as well as presentable. You also must be able to drive.
KPI's
- 8 new business appointments for the Sales Manager a week
- 5 customer relationship management appointments for the Sales Manager per week
- update the customer database daily
- 6 weekly existing customer call cycle
