You will be joining a respected and recognised partner who has procured a number of strong ID caseloads fortheir business. They now seek business focussed and target driven candidates at all levels to handle this excellent work. typically the caseload will be about 70 strong and be predominantly deafness cases but with the possibility for further and varied ID work. My client seeks paralegals, junior and senior solicitors. They are putting in place an attractive bonus scheme and for junior candidates are considering the possibility of training contracts and career development after an initial period of paralegal work.
- You will be a specialist in Industrial Disease - You may be a paralegal who is disillusioned with your current role or feel your long term progression opportunities are more limited. - More established candidates will also be considered as long term the firm seek to divide the fee earners into teams which will require leadership and supervision. - You will have gained a background in a Legal Private Practice environment. - You will have the ability to meet and beat targets, develop alongside your caseload and thrive in a target driven environment.
