My Client a leading mobile company is looking for an Information architect for 3 months based 75% Newcastle, 25% Bristol. The project is within there Telesales department and is a major project which seeks to improve the efficiency of call centre sales staff and with a goal to increase sales. The purpose of this role is twofold – firstly to support the requirement gathering phase and secondly to undertake work modeling and prototyping. The successful candidate will be working as part of a wider project group in multiple locations including Project Manager, Head of Online Sales Development, lead BA, User Experience Manager and Functionality Manager. Activities will include Contextual Inquiry, Work Modeling and Consolidation, Work Redesign, Functional and screen design, Prototyping etc. Skills required are experience and knowledge of interface design and system design, previous Contextual design experience , UML modeling experience, previous requirement gathering experience, previous call centre design experience (not essential) ,Strong communication, interview, presentation and facilitation skills.
