This is an excellent opportunity for someone to join this locally based firm of Insurance Brokers as an Insurance Account Executive - you will be very thoroughly trained up in this role so don't need to have an Insurance background but do need previous customer service/office based experience.
The role:
You will be working alongside one of the Directors/Managers, acting as their assistant and mainly dealing with Insurers to obtain quotes, so a lot of the role is telephone based however there is also the opportunity to attend meetings. You will be using your excellent customer service skills to build relationships with the Insurers/underwriters and also your negotiating skills to obtain the most competitive quote.
You need:
* Excellent customer service experience, either face to face or telephone based and a proven track record in this field
* Confidence and the ability to build relationships and maintain them
* Negotiating skills and tenacity
* Excellent attention to detail and pc skills
* The ability to take delegation and work as part of a team
