an experienced Claims Handler to join their busy offices in Pontypridd.

Job description:
Handling all types of insurance claims – Car, Home, Travel,
Pet and Office
Focusing mainly on Commercial Clients.
Dealing with Client’s Insurers and suppliers.
Acting on behalf of the client with regards to insurance
claims.
Dealing with customers and clients over the telephone and
face to face.
Working to tight deadlines and targets.
Person specification:
Previous Insurance claims experience is essential.
Excellent communication skills.
Customer focused.
Full clean driving licence would be an advantage as you may
be required to visit clients on site.
Excellent organisational skills.
Computer literate.
