We are currently recruiting for a leading financial services organisation in the North, looking to boost their marketing team.
We are on the search for a motivated and self-disciplined Insurance Proposition Analyst to join the team as they move into an exciting period of growth.
You will have a strong analytical background, a love of numbers and an ability to explain complex commercial concepts in plain English.
We are looking for a driven individual who has the skills to deliver the following key responsibilities:
* Build, develop and maintain financial models to monitor performance of the insurance business and demand P&L accountability from internal and external stakeholders.
* Use financial modelling to identify profitable market opportunities for development of the insurance proposition and work with the team to develop and distribute customer-driven products.
* Develop the insurance pricing strategy to grow sustainable annuity revenue streams and work with the team to develop products that maximise profitability and growth of market share.
* Work with key internal and external stakeholders to provide robust cross sales and service demand forecasts to assist with effective resource and infrastructure planning.
* Provide effective leadership, coaching and development, and performance management as the team grows.
