Insurance Claims Advisor to join their busy Head Office in the
Pontypridd area.

Job description:
To be responsible for 1st to 2nd month notification on Motor, Household and Travel Insurance claims.
To
take an active role in both team and self-development. To actively
participate in driving forward best practice and to provide support and
encouragement to team mates.
To handle and effectively process claims liaising between customers, insurers and third parties.
To be able to deal with complex claims.
To obtain and process the required and various types of evidence to support any claims.
Maintain a consistently high level of quality in all your work, in line with company standards.
To manage and prioritise your workload effectively in order to meet set company targets.
Person specification:
Previous Insurance Claims experience is essential.
Excellent communication and IT skills.
The ability to work well under pressure.
Excellent organisational skills.
Previous experience of working to targets.
