The Client
Supplying insurance services to a range of commercial businesses, our client specialise in supplying a bespoke service from product to inception to a new and existing customer base. An established, successful and growing employer, our client are looking for an experienced sales person with a strong commerical insurance background to join their existing sales team.
Responsibilities
·Achieve targets on a daily, weekly and monthly basis as set out by your line manager
·Ensure these targets are seen as a minimum and that all efforts are made to exceed these
·Report directly to your line manager on your sales and conversion rates
·Utilise your personal expereince to lead from the front and be seen as a vital member of a successful team
·Appropriately follow and adhere to legislative requirements
·Carry out duties as required by the business to ensure best practice
Experience required
·Outbound telephone based sales experience
·A commercial insurance background selling general insurance to pubs, offices, restaurants and shops
·Inbound `sales through service’ or strong customer service experience
·Knowledge and understadning of working to targets
·A stable CV and loyal background desirable
·Resilient and motivated by the rewards of achieving targets is essential
·A positive and motivational character
·Professional In approach, and a proven consistent perfomer
