Role: Insurance Sales Consultant
Location: Northamptonshire
Salary: £18,000 rising to £20,000 after probation with OTE £45,000 but no ceiling put on earning potential.
My client is an award winning, successful company that prides itself on outstanding customer service with its insurance policies and advice that match their customers needs.
Currently looking to expand their already large and successful team, they offer excellent progression for those who perform well.
The successful candidate will be business savvy and commercially astute. You would be required to have some previous insurance or financial services experience, possibly from a mortgage background within an estate agency.
Some of the personal qualities a successful candidate will need for this position are: competitive drive, career focused, ability to think on their feet with excellent listening and rapport building skills, most importantly my client wants those who are money hungry, as this role has uncapped earning potential.
Candidates will be required to have a proven track record within sales, ideally in the financial services and insurance sectors.
Outstanding sales consultants within this company can earn fantastic commission, their top salesperson earned over £120,000 last year. The company environment is rewarding and you will receive outstanding ongoing training whilst in placement.
