Insurance Sales and Negotiation Training
Location: Gloucester
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000
We are currently recruiting for a Commercial Insurance provider who requires a Trainer with experience of Insurance products to deliver training on sales and negotiations. This is a 12 month contract working within a commercial underwriting team designing, developing and delivering Training programs. Within this role you will be providing coaching to all staff on a daily basis and making sure that the department is adopting a sales / trading culture.
Responsibilities:
Report directly to line managers and develop their sales and negotiation skills
Develop bespoke courses such as Sales, Negotiation skills, coaching and hold effective 1:1’s
Install a sales culture within an Underwriting department
Skills
Previous sales training within an Insurance environment is essential
Experience in training, coaching and developing programs
Able to identify new areas of learning and development
Building relationships with an array of individuals from all walks of life
Highly organised and driven with a keen interest to pass on knowledge to others
Excellent communication skills
Competent to hit the ground running and be able to work under pressure
