This contractor are looking for an experienced Surveyor / Estimator to join their expanding team and growing workload. Duties include surveying of damaged properties for insurance purposes & void properties for housing associations, preparing quotations & schedules of works, tenders.

You will be required to liase with Insurance Companies & Loss Adjusters and occasional contract supervision will be required.

This is a permanent role with potential start date of January 2010.
