You will have insurance/reinsurance experience in a technical based role, where you have experience of technical processing, or regulatory related duties with client contact.
You will need to have excellent communication skills, as this role combines extensive client contact, either by phone or in person.
The role is responsible for facilitating the smooth transaction and administration of agency insurance business whilst ensuring such relationships are managed in a sound and prudent manner.
The key responsibilities are being the key contact point for on all issues relating to the serviced Agency Agreements, being responsibility for maintaining the relationship with the serviced agents/serviced branches. Management of all Agency Agreement/Branch related day to day tasks

Maintain and develop the business relationship, address and resolve any operational issues and oversee the general performance of the agent. This will involve regular contact with and visits to Agents. Participate in Due Diligence/Quality Assurance exercises. Monitor performance of Agreements regarding timely submission of accounts and reports.
Collate quarterly key performance reports, monitor that reporting from coverholders is compliant with Agreement terms. Ensure all FSA requirements related to Agency Agreements.
Assist Risk & Compliance unit with regard to co-ordination of Regulatory requirements.
Participation in agency/branch related project work.
Liaise with Shared Claims Service in those cases where they have a role in monitoring/agreeing claims. Liaise with Claims department to ensure smooth functioning of their role in agreement process where appropriate.
