Our client, a well-known organisation in Kent has an urgent need for a dynamic and passionate INTERIM DIVISIONAL DIRECTOR to join their team in Maidstone. As a high-calibre individual, with exceptional strategic and operational experience, you will assist in delivering a superior service to service users (adults) with learning disabilities. The interim contract is for a period of 3 - 6 months and our client is looking for someone that can start immediately.
Reporting to the Director of Operation, you will hold overall operational responsibility for delivery of varied services to the service users.
Essential requirements of this role include:
o Knowledge of learning disability and providing services for people with challenging behaviour
o Understanding and commitment to establishing person-centred services
o Sound understanding of the different service models; Registered Care, Supported Living and Domiciliary Care
o Experience of managing change and project management experience
o Operational management experience as well as experience of working at a strategic level
To be considered for this role, you will ideally hold a relevant Management Degree. In addition, a social care qualification would be advantageous.
