You will be working in the Children and Young People`s Services directorate and will be advising Head teachers and Governors on employment issues. You will undertake high level, complex research and HR project work as allocated, and implement revised and new HR processes, policies and procedures as well as advising on complex casework and dispute resolution, offering a range of solutions and interventions to facilitate early and effective resolution to issue.
Ideally, you will: - Have a good understanding of the local government sector, ideally in Children`s Services or Schools HR - Be a strong HR generalist, able to hit the ground running in a local government setting - Have the ability to deal with complex and sensitiveER case work - Have unions experience - Be immediately available
