My client is looking for an Interim Head of Children's Services to join their Community Se My client is looking for an Interim Head of Children's Services to join their Community Services Department for up to 6 months. The candidate will be reporting to the Deputy Chief Operating Officer and will be responsible for the Community Children's Services.The post-holder will be required to support staff and the senior management team in the specified delivery of quality, activity, financial and access standards ensuring that robust systems are established to deliver the reporting requirements and evidence. Meeting the needs of Commissioners as defined in all relevant service specifications.
You will also be responsible for the performance management of the Service in line with agreed objectives and service targets, and timely response to reporting requests.
To apply for this role you must have the following:
Community Children's operational management experience
Experience of supporting and developing staff members and active performance management.
Experience of directly managing staff and non-pay budgets at middle and senior management level
Experience of managing change in clinical service settings
