Job Role

This role is to provide support to the audit team of this large local authority to help complete an audit project beyond the audit plan.
You will be qualified to IIA/AAT/Part Qualified CCAB Accountant level and be an experienced auditor able to demonstrate a knowledge and understanding of current developments and new techniques and practices in internal auditing, either in a local authority or a similar working environment.
You should be IT literate as skills in spreadsheets, databases, word processing and presentation packages are required. The Section uses Microsoft Office packages therefore experience and a good working knowledge of these is required.
Our client is a large local authority in the South West.
