Job Role

Managing a new Housing PFI from which has recently been awarded ensuring delivery of first class services to the local community.
- Managing the Local Authority
- Engaging with the Contractors and Sub-Contractors
- Managing costs
- Budgets
- Delivery of services
- Internal and external stakeholder management.
The individual must have managed a Housing PFI, not BSF or NHS, and be confident enough to present to Internal and External Board Directors


An on-going Interim Assignment

Where specific UK qualifications are required we will take into account overseas equivalents.
