About Our Client
Our client currently has fantastic growth in Commercial Interiors sectors with £1.8m turnover. They are now looking to acquire a Interiors Contracts Manager to run jobs from their Somerset base. The company are currently looking for an Interiors Contracts Manager help drive their thriving business to new heights and help the organisation achieve their growth targets for 2009 and in to the future.
About the Role
* As Interiors Contracts Manager you will be responsible for projects ranging in value up to £500k
* You will be both working and liaising with main contractors as well as subcontractors.
* You must have experience of general fit out and partition experience and it is vital you have experience of folding
* You will have full commercial responsibility of the projects you will be working on.
* The projects will fall into the Commercial, Retail and Leisure sectors.
About the Candidate
* Must have two years experience in the interiors sector
* Must live within 50 miles
* The ideal candidate will have hands on experience of the industry
* Can demonstrate good communication and client liaison skills
* The candidate must have good computer knowledge and folding knowledge is essential particularly on doors
* Must be hard working
