£15,000 Basic, £40,000 OTE + BENEFITS

This is a highly varied role that’s a combination of account management, customer service, training and technical support.Well established niche software house boast many major public sector and education clients and are now seeking a strong account manager and business developer to follow and close 15 new enquires per day together with effectively managing existing accounts.The company requires an IT minded and multi skilled sales professional that will be tasked with delivering exceptional customer service.In one word the company seeks a real ‘star’!

As the market leader in providing ergonomic and work station assessment software they ensure that employers meet required Health and Safety legislations by delivering regular training on achieving correct posture.Reporting into the National Sales Manager the role is internally based in Borehamwood, Hertfordshire.

This is a relationship building sales role where you are tasked with two core responsibilities – managing existing accounts and following on average 15 warm leads that have been developed by their impressive marketing machine,

The role is selling into proprietors, HR, facilities managers together with health and safety staff and is a consultative sale that requires a soft relationship building sales approach.

To apply you will be a highly effervescent and positive character that easily builds strong business partnerships.You will be comfortable to selling concepts at a senior level and the ideal candidate will have excelled outside of work perhaps in sport, charity fundraising, youth working (such as Scouts, cadets, etc.), travelling, etc.

To succeed you will have an excellent phone manner and enjoy building strong client relationships which are often at very senior levels.The sale is usually conducted with webinars – demonstrating the software and its capabilities online.It therefore requires someone that has solid IT skills and would be comfortable delivering sales in a web conference situation.Client training and hand- holding through trials will also be a part of the role.
