Internal Area Sales Manager

SALARY / LOCATION

JLA are situated in a beautiful rural setting in large modern offices with great onsite facilities including, free gym, racketball court, subsidised canteen and free parking.

Ripponden is located close to the M62, 4 miles to the west of Halifax and within commutable range of both Leeds and Manchester.

DETAILS OF RESPONSIBILITY

To develop and manage the given dedicated territory through effectively using multi channel contact – telephone, email, mail

To efficiently and proactively maintain a clean and accurate database through using pivitol, correct pot level management, engineer leads, marketing activity and inbound multi channel responses

To deliver highly qualified appointments to the external area sales manager

To achieve and exceed all productivity and performance targets set out by JLA

MAIN AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

·Assume joint responsibility with their dedicated external area sales manager for the success and development of territory, achieving the sales figure targets as set out by JLA

·Support departmental management and colleagues by being approachable, sharing knowledge, demonstrating respect and understanding impact of own actions

·Plan own day to achieve all targets and make best use of time/resources

·Accurately and efficiently manage and develop own customer database

·Openly look for ways to constantly improve current performance and learn new things

·Positively embrace change and respond rapidly to constantly changing circumstances

·Demonstrate a high level of understanding of the JLA product range and services and adapt appropriately·Demonstrate a broad awareness of the industry regulations, markets and competitor activity

·Effectively apply the JLA SPIN cycle at all times to ask open questions, listen effectively, identify customer concerns and overcome objections
