An excellent opportunity has arsisen for an Internal Auditor based in the Liverpool area working within a Legal Road Traffic Accident Department The main purpose of the role.
Liaising with the fee earners Develop, monitor and ensure quality assurance standards are met Providing independant and objective assurance and consulting services as part of the delivery of an effective Business Assurance function to the Organisation Monitor implementation of actions across the department Skills and knowledge Excellent communciation skills Good time management Working knowledge as fee earner with techical excellence handling RTA/PI claims and knowledge of Law Society rules regarding client care, monies and account rules would be an advantage.
