Job Description :  Our client is an international market leader with a well established reputation. As a result of an ongoing commitment towards increasing their direct resourcing capability an opportunity has arisen for an experienced researcher to join their evolving internal resourcing structure.

Please note, due to the specialist nature of each role you MUST have extensive experience and knowledge of direct attraction techniques including Talent mapping / pipelining, research, headhunting and networking / referrals. This experience could be gained either from a corporate environment or in a boutique recruitment agency / search firm.

Internal Executive Recruitment Researcher - Hertfordshire - Job Role

Reporting directly to the Recruitment Manager your key responsibility will be the creation and management of talent pipelines for both current and upcoming requirements within the business. You will be expected to utilise a diverse range of direct attraction strategies to identify leading talent across a range of different business disciplines focusing on senior / executive level roles with salaries of £100k+. You will also be expected to keep up to date in regard to current market conditions and conduct extensive research and market mapping exercises.

This is a newly created role where the strategies and processes you utilise will be used to develop a standardised process that can be replicated and adopted by other members of the Internal Recruitment team. You will therefore be setting the benchmark for the Internal Recruitment function which represents a unique opportunity to really be noticed within a leading blue chip business.
