Our client is a highly profitable and successful pharmaceutical business with a truly international footprint. Due to continued revenue growth they have a unique opportunity for an experienced pharmaceutical recruiter to join their team and help them continue to drive direct sourcing; identifying and hiring 'best in class' candidates.

Please note: to be successfully considered for this role you must have a strong track-record of Pharmaceutical recruitment experience (ideally in-house) AND you must speak either German or Italian. My client may consider an individual with a background in Pharmaceutical Executive Search providing you have the language piece.
Internal Pharmaceutical Recruitment Consultant - International Business - London - Job role:
This role is pivotal to my clients continued growth smooth running of the internal recruitment function and is inclusive of the following responsibilities:
Engaging and managing senior stakeholders within the business
Direct candidate sourcing utilising networking, headhunting and continued talent pipelining
Looking at and maintaining Best Practice
Managing and briefing PSL agencies where necessary
Co-ordination and tracking of advert response
Adhering to internal KPI's
Assessment of additional recruitment tools / resources
Involvement in all stages of the interview process
Reference checking
Internal Pharmaceutical Recruitment Consultant - International Business - London - Candidate specification
Strong track record of recruitment within the Pharmaceutical space (not CRO) essential.
Ideally a background in working in-house or with an established Executive Search organisation
Must speak either Italian or German (or both!)
Sound knowledge of the end to end recruitment process
Experience of direct sourcing candidates within the Pharmaceutical space is essential
Clear understanding of the business impact of recruitment within corporate organisations
Broad knowledge of employment regulatory framework and recruitment best practice
CIPD desirable but definitely not essential
Bright, articulate individual with a polished, professional approach with a resilient attitude
Passionate and driven individual with an entrepreneurial spirit
