Internal Recruitment Specialist - Leading Blue Chip - Wiltshire - Job Role
You will be managing the full recruitment lifecycle for a range of vacancies across all corporate functions. You will be expected to create and manage the attraction strategy for each role. In addition, you will be required to design and create a bespoke set of assessment metrics as well as determining the most appropriate assessment techniques in order to rank candidates against these metrics.
Communication and influencing skills will be of paramount importance in order to manage the expectations of a wide range of stakeholders within the business. In addition, you will be expected to manage the relationships with external recruitment providers. Due to the ever changing environment you will need to demonstrate a high level of flexibility and intuition in order to balance the needs and requirements of the business and make recommendations on how the recruitment process can be improved.
Initially offered as a Fixed Term Contract there is definite potential for this role to develop into a permanent position. Due to the ongoing changes within the Internal Recruitment structure, anyone who can make an immediate impact is likely to play a part in the longer term future of my client's success.

* Extensive corporate side recruitment experience within a large matrixed organisation
* A substantial understanding of recruitment process and best practice
* Detailed experience in the design and delivery of assessment methodologies including Competency Based Interviews and Psychometric testing
* Demonstrable evidence of setting and monitoring KPI's and delivering against these
* Exceptional communication and influencing skills
* Outstanding organisation, time management and prioritisation skills
* High levels of intuition with a flexible approach
* Dynamic, forward thinking and driven mentality
This is a 9 - 12 month fixed term contract (maternity cover)
£30k - £35k salary plus bonus
