Internal Sales / Account Manager
Reading
£22,000 - £25,000plus £10,000 bonus/commission
The Role:
Based within the internal sales team, responsible for making warm telephone sales following leads from the online store; warm leads generated through the field sales staff, following up existing accounts to upsell products within the existing customer base.
This role is a mix of new business 60% and account management 40%.
Building good quality relationships.
Targeted to upsell to existing customers
Be knowledgeable with current products base and what the customer would benefit from
Make sure all customers calling in are aware of new services and developments
Provide accurate forecasts and reports on activity and sales performance.
Specific Daily Duties:
50 outbound calls per day
Managing own database and call records
Retain and grow revenue from existing accounts.
Person Spec:
You will have a telesales, sales and/or account management background coupled with IT services experience.
Experience of working with a CRM system
Understanding of the IT and Technology Industry
Resilient, tenacious, competetive and keen to succeed
Basic selling and negotiation skills
