Our client is a European technology distributor with headquarters in London, and offices in Paris and Barcelona. Today, they're one of the largest specialist IT distributors, working with leading manufacturers and publishers including Adobe, Apple, Epson, Sonos and Microsoft. An opportunity has now arisen for an Internal Sales Executive to join their team.
In this role you'll be responsible for introducing and promoting the product range, and selling hardware and software to existing accounts - whilst positioning our client as the leading value added distributor in the marketplace.
Dealing with both inbound and outbound calls, as an Internal Sales Executive your duties will include:
- Proactively seeking new business - targeting existing and prospective customers
- Maximising sales by expanding orders and up-selling at every opportunity
- Ensuring all orders received are entered accurately
- Assisting the Product Manager to get dealers to attend events and seminars
To be considered for this position, you must have proven B2B sales or telesales experience, ideally gained within the IT industry. You will also need to demonstrate strong negotiation and communication skills, coupled with a track record of working to targets.
As an Internal Sales Executive, you should also have good business acumen, excellent relationship building skills and the ability to go the extra mile and exceed expectations.
