We seek an Internal Verifier / Training Manager (D32 D33 D34 A1 A2 V1) to work for a Care Provider assessing, internally verifying and training the staff in their adult care homes.The IV / Training Manager will manage a team of NVQ Assessors in their region.Full time permanent positions are available.On top of a competitive salary you will have life assurance equating to 4 x your annual salary, mobile, laptop, professional development and 25 days holiday.

Requirements
- Experience within care
- Current driving license – the IV role comes with a company car / car allowance
- V1 or D34 Internal Verifiers award
