International HR Policy Advisor - Professional Services - Birmingham - Job Role
Your primary remit will be to create a platform for communication and support in order to create an exceptional UK and International HR policy offering. Partnering with the UK and International HR teams, as well as senior managers across the business you will be expected to devise and deliver practical and efficient HR solutions taking into account wider business impact.
In addition you will be expected to create and manage a library of HR policy information providing one central point of reference for all UK and International HR policy information. To ensure accuracy of the reference library it will be essential that you keep up to date with all relevant changes to HR legislation and monitor all market developments, updating the business on all applicable changes.

* Detailed knowledge and understanding of UK and International HR policies and best practice
* Experience of working in a corporate business with an International matrix structure
* Strong relationship building skills
