| Job Description : | Our client, a leading UK retailer witha store presence globally are currently seeking to recruit an International Retail Support Co-ordinator to manage franchisees and partners within Russia and the Ukraine. - Responsibilities/ Objectives:
- To conduct quarterly brand visits to each partner within the Support Co-ordinator’s remit.
- To attend all relevant overseas store openings within the Support Co-ordinator’s area to provide advice and training.
- Re-visit new store openings approximately 2 weeks after opening to review set up, standards and to provide any additional training.
- To conduct bi-annual “stores of excellence” with each partner within the Support Co-ordinator’s remit.
- During brand visits ensure that all overseas stores are presented to the required standard by completion of OOS (overseas operational standards) reports.
- To compile a feedback report for the International Operations and Development Controllerafter each new store opening and brand visit.
- Make sure that all CAD plans for stores within the Support Co-ordinator’s area are regularly updated.
- Provide feedback to the International stock team to maximise stock packages in overseas stores and to suggest additional range opportunities.
- To assist in the development of training packages as required.
- Keep each overseas partner appraised of any development in regards to training, culture, retail and VM.
- Attend at least one new store opening per year.
- Implement new systems and techniques as directed by the International Operations and Development Controller.
- To develop a thorough understanding of retail within the countries or responsibility and to present that knowledge back to the international team after each visit.
The ideal candidate will be a fluent Russian Speaker and have extensive experience within the retail sector within a management role. The ability to travel on a regular basis is also a requirement for this position. |
