The company operates in the incentive and motivation market working with global based retailers providing unique software and systems solutions.
They work closely with their clients to provide tailor made solutions that ensure increased sales and profitability. The Company now provides its services including bespoke IT and web based solutions for over 40% of the UK high street, and due to innovation and systems development, has seen its own business double in the past 12 months.

Responsibilities
Develop and maintain Python web applications and services to an exceptional standard and quality
Writing clean and maintainable code
Designing efficient and scalable solutions to practical problems
Building user friendly systems
Drive innovation by offering ideas and contributing to team discussions
Desirable Qualities
A background in software development (Python/Django is ideal but not necessary)
A strong understanding of current web technologies
Ability to construct efficient SQL
Strong experience with the object-oriented paradigm
Outstanding problem solving skills
Knowledge of system security concepts such as SQL injection, XSS, public-key cryptography
Experience administrating Linux servers
Salary £23-30k and remuneration package (dependent on experience and proven results) 28 days holiday.
