Introspect Senior Technical Consultant

Our
client, a large international organisation is seeking to recruit an Introspect
Senior Technical Consultant for their office in Cambridgeshire
The Job Role
You will be required to troubleshoot and implement the
Introspect system for a number of prestigious clients, as well as being a major
part in the infrastructure and system design process to ensure that the project
delivery meets the technical and quality requirements as set by standard
processes.This role will require the
need to travel frequently to customer locations.
Responsibilities
- Gather and understand
business requirements from the client and advising on solutions to fit the
purpose
- Assisting with eDiscovery and
workflow design
- Undertaking legal review
with clients, with team members and with management
- Migrating systems from one
infrastructure to another
- Run technical design and
architecture workshops (Internal and Client)
- Technical lead for customer
projects
- System health checks,
analysis and diagnosis of under-performing systems.
- Assisting in documentation
of best practices and disseminating this knowledge throughout the team
- Applying
upgrades and custom updates to client production systems.
The Candidate
- Fluent in English
- A First class honours or 2:1 degree from
prominent university. The
following skills and attributes are also essential for the position of Introspect
Technical Consultant.
- 5+ years of experience in
Legal, E-Discovery, Enterprise Search or ECM arena
- 7- 10 Years experience in IT
in general
- Experience working in
Litigation Support and knowledge of eDiscovery processes and workflow.
- Demonstrated ability to
quickly grasp and evaluate new technologies
- In-depth knowledge of MS SQL
2000 / 2005 Server including good command of TSQL programming language
- Strong analytical, design
and presentation skills
- Proven ability in delivering
successful Projects
- Commercial awareness
- Proven ability to
successfully implement and deliver software solutions through the entire
life cycle
- Practical experience / implementation
knowledge of the following technologies:
- Windows, Solaris, Linux
- SQL, Oracle
- Citrix, Clustering and VM Ware
- LAN / WAN
- IIS, Apache Tomcat
Salary:
£35-45k
