- Reconciling investment data on the general ledger to trial balances and valuations received from the investment administrator
- Performing journals to clear out suspense account balances
- Bank reconciliations, stock and custody breaks
- Performing journals under UK GAAP/IFRS
- Providing commentary and analysis of investments
- Liaise with investment administrators and fund managers to resolve queries
- Implementing control and process improvements
- Providing support to investment based projects
The ideal candidate will be a nearly qualified or fully qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA), with advanced excel skills. He or she must have excellent communication skills, and with strong influencing skills.
