Investment Reporting Actuary (Life) - London - RD-2771
Location: Surrey
Salary: to £95,000 + Extensive Benefits

Our client a leading Financial Services Provider are looking to appoint a Qualified Actuary to their Investment Reporting Team. Working closely within a team of actuaries the successful candidate will be responsible for:
Design, Implementation and Management of systems to analyse investment performance for a portfolio of Annuity business
Analysis and investigation of investment variances arising within the embedded Value and analysis results
Modelling assets which include: Bonds, Swaps and Credit Derivatives
Communicate modelling and asset results to the senior management team
Produce regular reports on Investment Variances to a high standard ensuring any abnormalities are reported and explained
Develop and maintain additional modelling / analysis tools for use in the Annuities Section
Manage a team of staff (including development and one to one reviews)
Skills
Candidates should be a Qualified actuary with exposure to Investment Modelling, Life Insurance/Assurance and Annuities
Strong Analytical, IT to include Visual Basicand Communication (Both Written and Verbal) skills
Able to understand complex financial investments and reporting requirements associated with these
Be up to date with Continuing Professional Development requirements
