Our clients are one of the fastest growing Inbound tour operators. They specialise in tours and excursions throughout Europe and are currently seeking a Italian Hotel Contracting Manager. You will be required with emphasis to develop current contract hotel rates in Europe and look for new product opportunities to ensure the growth and continued profitability of the department. This is a challenging position requiring previous hotel contracting or product experience, ideally within this market. The ideal candidate should possess strong negotiation, organisation and communication skills; have the ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team. You are also required to review existing products, identify gaps and develop new product where appropriate. You will Maintain and build strong relationships with suppliers and negotiate the best possible conditions to ensure maximum benefits. You will have a confident approach be well presented and have good hands on approach. For this position candidates with the relevant experience in Hotel contracting will be considered.
