Essential:
Experience of developing rich front ends for standalone java desktop applications
Experience of JDK 1.6
Experience of Eclipse IDE
Experience of writing unit tests with JUnit
Experience of quickly adapting to new technologies
Desirable:
Experience of Eclipse RCP
Experience of Hibernate persistence technology
Experience of Agile and rapid prototyping methodology for application development
Experience of HP Quick Test Professional [QTP] to write regression test scripts for java front ends
Experience of continuous integration techniques: use of Cruise Control, Hudson, Ant Scripts, Subversion
Experience of automated quality assurance techniques: automated coverage analysis, automated style checking, javadoc
Experience of Knowledge of Design for code reuse in front end/business logic in java applications; MVC model
