Japanese Exec chef, Dubai , We are currently working with a Japanese concept in Dubai . You will run the kitchen and be responsible for it. The unit serves some of the finest Japanese products in Dubai and has a busy regular client base.
The role:
As Japanese chef you will run the kitchen. You will ensure the sous chef and chef de parties run the various sections to the required standard. You will control costs, maintain the high standards and cook great Japanese food.
Experience:
We are looking for a candidate with experience of cooking Japanese food
Salary - US $5,000 per month plus benefits
