Desktop Support - Leeds
My client is looking for a 1st/2nd line Service/Help Desk/Desktop/PC/Network Support analyst. You will have strong 1st and 2nd line desktop support experience with good knowledge of Windows XP/2000/2003/2007, Citrix, Active Directory, Excel, Windows Server 2003 Domain admin. The role will involve working as part of a team of 4 supporting 270 users dealing with all aspects of 1st and 2nd liune desktop support over the phone, remotely and face to face. Must have an excellent telephone manner with strong communication skills 6 weeks.
