Ideal profile: Junior digital recruitment consultant, junior UX designer with sales experience

We are keen to ensure we continue our quality client service and take advantage of opportunity by hiring a trainee or junior recruitment consultant to develop existing client relationships as well as developing new business.
Candidates must have one or both of the following:
Past recruitment (resourcer is fine) or tele-sales experience and/or Professional experience working in the UX / digital design industry PLUS demonstrable and exemplary drive and ambition.
Duties will include but aren't limited to:
- Sourcing new candidates through a variety of methods
- Maintaining regular contact with existing candidates and clients
- Use existing and new contacts to gain new business opportunities
- Match applicants with roles, and guide candidates thorough the recruitment process
Candidates must have first-rate communication ability, be resourceful and determined, and demonstrate strong desire for success.
