This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer to join our global semiconductor client. The right candidate will be skilled in the following: digital, SoC, memory, design, layout, physical design, design for manufacture, DFM, 65nm, Cadence, Virtuoso, QA, Fast spice, PSpice, DRAM, scripting, perl, shell.
A superb opportunity has arisen for a junior engineer to join a globally recognised IP developer based in the South East. This role is suitable for someone with up to 2 years experience industrial experience and a keen interest in memory compiler development.
The successful candidate will have a good degree in Electronics (or similar subject) from a recognised university, with some prior industrial experience in memory circuit design. Physical Design / layout experience with 65nm technologies or smaller is very attractive to our client, as is an understanding of Design for Manufacture (DFM) layout techniques.
