Responsible for the full recruitment cycle your day will involvement sourcing and resourcing suitable candidates, generating leads, handling any existing accounts, as well as new business development and liaising with key clients in order to bring them on board and drive sales forward. You will be working with 3 consultants within the finance sector. Working within the Accountancy & Finance sector, you and your team will be making temp and perm placements into qualified and part-qualified roles and will be given full autonomy to develop your desk and team. Responsible for maximising sales and driving business forward you should be billing at least £12k per month once established.
As a tenacious recruiter you will have at least 1 years experience within Accountancy & Finance markets, making temp or perm placements with a strong and proven billing history. You will be confident, driven and professional, with a talent for business, strong communication skills and the charisma needed to build lasting relationships, as well as being hungry to earn exceptional money. You will receive full support and guidance in developing your career within an established and reputable consultancy that can offer excellent benefits and remuneration.
