Our client is a leading premium mail order and e-commerce fashion retail business, supplying elegant, stylish and inspiring ladies fashion focused on high quality, great fit and affordable pricing.
In their head office based in the heart of London, the business is now looking to expand their dynamic merchandising team. The Junior Merchandiser will report into the Merchandising Manager responsible for helping deliver effective planning and day to day stock and supply chain performance management. Working closely with the Junior Buyer, managing the critical path and reporting on all aspects of product performance, to build successful, fashion-driven ranges, in line with customer expectations.
This role is a core position in the business and is extremely high profile requiring an experienced Assistant Merchandiser or existing Junior Merchandiser with a proven track record in a fast-fashion environment. Extremely product driven, with in-depth market knowledge, the Junior Merchandiser must be highly numerate with the ability to interpret data, with a dynamic, inspirational and motivational personality. Effective teamwork and the ability to communicate at all levels as well as having the confidence to work autonomously are also important characteristics.
