One of my clients, an independent brokerage, is looking for a Mortgage Advisor to become part of their successful team. They based in a mid to high net worth area and their client base reflects this. They specialize in investments, pensions and mortgage's.
They offer you a built up client bank and the opportunity to work under a well known brand and to progress your career in a stable and progressive environment. They offer an aggressive commission structure as well as a competitive basic salary. The role is office based and you will be required to write mortgage business and cross sell related insurance products. You will also be incentivised to refer business to the IFA's who can offer investment and retirement solutions.
This role is suited to someone looking for a serious financial services career. You will need to show confidence They require someone who is adept at not only closing deals but also good at building lasting business relationships and someone who can deal with Mid to High Net Worth clients.
The Requirements for this role is as follows: Stable career history, CeMAP or equivalent. Ambition, loyalty and a strong desire to make the best out of the possible market circumstances are key traits which will be required..
